Our senior leadership, much like the rest of our company, is built around the team concept. We’ve brought together a set of individuals who complement one another in both skills and experience. Each person has a well defined roll within the company and understands that it takes a team to manage our business and our clients’ business. The core of our senior leadership team has been working together for more than six years and form the foundation behind our continued success and growth.
Matt Murphy Executive Director Matt is the Founder and Executive Director of Fusion92, a position he has held for the last 11 years. His background is varied and includes experience in working in the Health Club, Real Estate and IT industries. His core responsibilities include business development, corporate vision, client strategy development and managing of all company financials. Due to Matt’s ability to understand and effectively communicate in both a technology and business environment, he is able to bridge the gap between client’s business needs and technology requirements. Over the years, Matt and his team at Fusion92 have developed interactive marketing campaigns for top companies such as Sprite, U.S. Cellular, ACCO, Best Buy, Sears and Intuit.

Jacob Beckley Creative Director Jacob has over 15 years of hands-on and management experience in both creative and technical roles. Jacob has worked for small, medium, and large clients covering all aspects of concept development, project planning, technical production and interactive design. Jacob's professional work includes software development, back-end integration, interactive systems integration, front-end and back-end web development and design, system administration and production management. As the Creative Director at Fusion92 Jacob now leads the vision and tactical execution of day to day tasks for all creative and technical projects. Jacob's role is to ensure that the digital marketing solutions Fusion92 provides meet both the objectives of both the business and the project. Jacob's background allows him to stretch the boundaries of design and technology while continually striving to exceed the business objectives and improve our client’s ROI. After several years in the Interactive industry, many of his peers and more importantly notable clients now consider Jacob not only an expert but also a top innovator in his field.
David Kord Murray
Director of Innovation
David began his career as an aerospace engineer working on the conceptual development team for the International Space Station. As a scientist and engineer he holds several patents. He has also been an entrepreneur, inventor and Fortune 500 executive. He was the head of innovation for the software company Intuit and held similar positions at other Fortune 500 companies. David authored the best selling business book “Borrowing Brilliance” and is considered a creativity expert.
John Capaul Director of Operations and QA John brings more than 20 years of business acumen, complex project management and entrepreneurial zeal to Fusion92. He spent years working on multi-billion dollar intellectual property litigation and merger-and-acquisitions across many industries, managed a small litigation graphics company and sold business consulting engagements. John spent more than six years as the operations and account manager for an entrepreneurial interactive marketing company and he has been through the venture capital fund-raising and patent prosecution processes more than a few times. From business development to consulting to account management, John has worked in a variety of roles that correspond to the growth and evolution of Fusion92. While primarily responsible for resolving and managing our back-office issues, he continues to manage many of the day-to-day activities of our largest client. He's a "go-to" resource for simple questions with complex answers and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
Greg Adzia Account Director Greg has over 15 years of advertising experience and is responsible for the account management team at Fusion92. His team acts as the bridge between the client and the organization, ensuring client objectives are met on time, in scope and effectively communicated. He has spent his career anticipating client needs and strategically developing processes for seamless execution. Greg's career includes experience in small, mid-sized and large advertising agencies, where he developed his expertise in account planning and client development. As the founder of his own agency in the Chicago suburbs, he worked with a wide array of clients including Nextel, Marriott, and Sallie Mae, responsible for their partnership, CRM, acquisition and loyalty programs. Greg has earned the reputation of a true "client partner" - someone who will exceed client goals and expectations.
