The Fusion92 team was charged with devising a series of strategic approaches to not only introduce users to the Buddig brand, but also provide incentives to join the Lunch Club and become loyal customers.
Solution
Fusion92 created an engaging new landing page that attracted members with a free coupon for signing up. To retain interest, a series of member e-mails offered tasty recipes, valuable special offers and other unique promotions. Awarding a free Buddig Lunch Bag for completing an online survey was a promotion that went viral with bloggers who offered links back to the site. Finally, a branded YouTube page cross-promoted the Lunch Club.
Result
This fully integrated campaign resulted in 30,000 unique e-mail sign-ups within a six-month period. After seeing the results of a campaign that combined e-mail and social media, the value of digital really clicked for Buddig.
Building upon the success of the Lunch Club, Buddig has since tasked Fusion92 with creating and frequently updating their ever-evolving Facebook page, which Fusion92 cross-promotes in the monthly Lunch Club e-mails. Facebook-exclusive contests and PPC ads are just the next steps in Buddig's expanding digital marketing plan.
