Chicago’s Fusion92 and Dean Media today announced the signing of a definitive agreement in which the two agencies will come together to become one of Chicago’s largest and fastest growing independent marketing agencies. The merger brings together longtime entrepreneurs Matt Murphy and Jon Dean. The company, whose headquarters will remain in Chicago’s River North neighborhood at 440 W. Ontario, will be led by Murphy with Jon Dean taking a role as senior vice president of strategy.
