CHICAGO, IL – February 28, 2017 – Fusion92 is proud to announce the acquisition of ADS Media Group, a measure that will expand the independent agency’s marketing footprint.
ADS Media will continue to operate out of its San Antonio headquarters; however, ADS will be seeking to open a Chicago-based sales office. ADS Media Group will be headed up by Bobby Mahler as president and will begin operating as a brand of Fusion92.

Fusion92 has amassed a portfolio of clients including H&R Block, CBOE, FTSE Russell, Carl Buddig & Company and Fiserv, Inc. Meanwhile, ADS Media Group has worked with clients across various verticals, including Cricket Wireless, 7-Eleven, Walmart, Verizon, General Mills, Gold’s Gym and IKEA.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
