Chicago, September 12, 2019 - Today Fusion92 announced it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Liquidus Marketing. The acquisition follows the successful acquisition and integration of Liquidus’ reseller High Volume Media (HVM) business by Fusion92 in April 2019.
Liquidus Marketing is a Chicago-based digital marketing and ad tech company that provides online customized advertising solutions, proprietary technology and personalized user experiences. Their digital campaigns have combined ad tech, powered by linQ technology, with managed media services to elevate brands’ advertising efforts from being static to fully personalized, interactive, and dynamic.

The remainder of Liquidus Marketing will be integrated at Fusion92 offices located at 440 W. Ontario St. in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Approximately 40 new people will be added to the Fusion92 team as part of this acquisition. Some of the inbound staff will support existing Fusion92 departments, while others will be organized in newly created teams and business units.
