Before joining Fusion92’s media team, Thomas Bandura was an Account Executive at CareerBuilder where he was responsible for bringing in new clients and strategically growing the business. Prior to that role, he began his career in digital media at Fastmore Logistics. As a Media Analyst at Fusion92, Bandura owns the day-to-day campaign planning, execution and analysis of campaign needs, while always looking for ways to add efficiencies. He reports to Brandon Olson, Senior Marketing Intelligence Strategist. Bandura earned his bachelor’s in psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. Originally from Indiana, he currently resides in Chicago.
A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Mikaylah Booker comes to Fusion92 from OMD USA where she spent the last year as an Associate Manager collaborating with teams across client portfolios to plan and execute digital buys. She also performed regular market research and analyses. Before OMD, Booker held a similar position at Starcom working on a variety of CPG, retail and QSR accounts. In her new Media Manager – Digital Investment role at Fusion92, Chicagoland-based Booker reports to Marcella Dulac, VP of Media, and will drive success for two of the firm’s biggest clients.
Andrew Coffey is Fusion92’s newest Sr. Media Manager. A Wheaton College alum, Coffey earned his bachelor's degree in media communications. Coffey brings extensive experience in both paid search and paid social after spending the last five years working in programmatic media at Epsilon where his clients were big name brands like Bloomingdale’s, Discover, General Motors, Elanco and Paper Source. At Fusion92, Coffey will provide strategic guidance to clients and optimize campaigns to drive incremental results. A Virginia native, Coffey currently resides in Chicago. He reports to Kris Wilhelmsen, VP of Media.
Media Analyst Javier Garcia comes to Fusion92 from Spark Foundry where he spent time as a Strategy Associate on the USAA team helping with research, planning and monitoring budgets and campaigns. Prior to that role, Garcia spent six years in retail as a supervisor with North Face. The Bay Area native graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s in business administration. In his new role, Garcia will be on three long-time Fusion92 accounts. A current Chicago resident, Garcia reports to Marcella Dulac, VP of Media.
Mike McManus joined the media team’s digital investment arm where he works on three major accounts in the CPG and finance verticals. He also reports to Marcella Dulac, VP of Media. Prior to joining Fusion92, McManus spent over three years on the publisher side as a digital media planner at The Atlantic. He also worked in OOH advertising with Outfront Media and in television advertising at Continental Television with iHeartMedia. The New York native earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Saint Joseph’s University. McManus currently resides in Chicago.
Creative Copywriter Madeline Stoiber came to Fusion92 from Energy BBDO where she spent the previous three years writing for brands like Bayer, Wrigley, Orbit, Jack Daniel’s, OFF!, Pearle Vision, Woodford Reserve and more. The Wisconsin native attended Columbia College Chicago where she earned a degree in advertising. Now a Chicago resident, Stoiber reports to Creative Director Alexis Bernbaum in her new role at Fusion92.
