Fusion92 Names Three EVPs To Lead Consulting, Marketing Services and Business Development
Leadership moves sharpen Fusion92's ability to help clients navigate complexity and scale what works.
CHICAGO, IL — February 15, 2026 — Fusion92 announced today a series of executive leadership updates, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation, integrated delivery and scalable growth as it advances its 2026 vision.
Johanna Berger will step into an expanded leadership role as executive vice president, Marketing Services; Kevin Dean will step into the role of executive vice president, Business Development; and Mike Eckstein will transition to executive vice president, Consulting Services. Each move gives a critical area of the business dedicated leadership focused on the challenges that clients are working through today.
"Every leadership decision we make comes down to one question: Does this make us a better partner for our clients?" said Matt Murphy, founder and CEO of Fusion92. "These moves do. Johanna, Kevin and Mike bring the kind of focus and expertise that helps our clients cut through complexity and act with confidence."
Johanna Berger, EVP, Marketing Services, steps into an expanded leadership role overseeing Fusion92’s Marketing Services organization. She has been instrumental in building and scaling the company’s Activation practice, driving performance, operational excellence and team growth.
In this role, Berger will bring together Creative, Content Optimization, DCX and Activation into a more unified approach, helping clients move beyond siloed execution and toward more connected, performance-driven marketing. By aligning these capabilities more closely, she will enable more consistent, data-informed decision-making and a more seamless experience across the customer journey. She will also continue to advance how this work is delivered, using AI and modernizing workflows to help clients move faster and optimize more effectively to unlock greater impact from their marketing investments.
Kevin Dean, EVP, Business Development, will lead how Fusion92 generates and develops new client relationships across the organization. Since joining the company, he has played a key role in advancing data partnerships and shaping how Fusion92 brings data-driven solutions to market. Prior to Fusion92, Dean held senior leadership roles at Experian, where he led large-scale data and commercial organizations.
In this role, Dean will bring together strategic partnerships, sales and marketing communications as a single business development organization, focused on how Fusion92 builds pipelines and establishes new client relationships across consulting, data, marketing services and product offerings. The goal is a sharper, more consistent path for prospective clients from first conversation to partnership.
Mike Eckstein, EVP, Consulting Services, will lead Fusion92’s Consulting Services organization, further strengthening the company’s strategy-led approach to client engagement. Building on his leadership of Marketing Services, Eckstein will focus on helping clients identify and prioritize the opportunities that will have the greatest impact on their businesses, ensuring the right problems are being solved and connecting those insights with Fusion92’s integrated capabilities across consulting, data, marketing services, and proprietary technology and innovation platforms.
With decades of experience guiding client businesses as a trusted partner, Eckstein brings a proven ability to navigate complexity and translate insight into meaningful, long-term impact. In this role, he will bring greater strategic rigor and diagnostic clarity to how clients approach their most important challenges, helping them cut through an increasingly complex landscape of tools, data and solutions to reach more precise, scalable outcomes.
"What our clients need most right now is clarity," Murphy added. "These moves give them three leaders — each focused, each deeply experienced — who know how to turn complexity into a path forward."
