Leah Ball joins the Mint Werx division and brings over a decade of experience in design and web development. She is responsible for the UI/UX experience of the Mint Werx product and works closely with the team and clients to ensure design solutions meet brand strategy and standards. Leah started her career as an art director of The Texas Observer right out of college at the University of Texas-Austin where she redesigned both the magazine and the website. From there, she worked as a freelancer, helping clients to develop branding, websites and illustrations. She also spent nearly six years as a nationally recognized maker of home goods, innovating with marbled ceramic techniques and neon colors.
Phillip Lewis II is a seasoned resource management professional with over ten years of experience. He has focused on staffing, web development, digital, social and creative earned brand projects with varying roles under the creative, user experience, technology, strategy and delivery management disciplines. Phillip has in-depth experience building sustainable work environments through effective resourcing that encompasses trust, communication and collaboration.
Olivia Misterovich comes to Fusion92 after more than four years in the broadcast media industry at Detroit Public Television. She served in roles focused on engagement of audiences through a comprehensive series of communications and events. Olivia earned a degree in communication and media studies from Oakland University.
Alisha Tyler has over 15 years of corporate accounting experience. Prior to joining Fusion92, she spent nearly eight years in a senior accounting role for Ebiquity plc, an independent marketing and media consultancy based in Chicago. Alisha has served in accounting and analyst roles for companies in the transportation and logistics space in addition to spending time as an instructor, teaching accounting and financial courses at the BIR Training Center, where she earned an instructor of the year award. She holds an MBA in accounting and business management from DeVry University.
