Nora Botros is Fusion92’s newest senior media manager, reporting to senior media director Tom Hammond. She specializes in eCommerce search across a variety of platforms. Botros brings a breadth of eCommerce search experience to Fusion92 having worked at an Amazon-focused advertising agency for several years prior to joining the company this month. She has several Amazon and Trade Desk certifications including Amazon Retail for Advertisers, Amazon DSP Campaign Certification, Amazon Sponsored Ads Accreditation, Edge Academy Certified: Data Driven Planning and Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations. Southern California-based Botros earned her bachelor's in advertising from California State University, Fullerton.
A near 20-year agency veteran, Rachel Hancock has served in varying business development, strategic planning, account and project management, client services, marketing, branding, production, content development, and operational roles across her career. Hancock joins Fusion92 as our Director of Client Development & Marketing, where she reports to President, Doug Dome, and orchestrates initiatives for the agency ranging across new and existing business development, collateral development, and internal and external communications, including social media, PR, and other special initiatives. Today, a resident of Southern California, Hancock earned her BS in Communications and a Minor in Business from Arizona State University.
New Fusion92 account supervisor Katie Kaiser has spent her career at both big and small agencies where she has managed many successful relationships, strategies and initiatives for brands such as Zoetis, Sears, Discover Financial Services and R. J. Reynolds. Kaiser prides herself on being a strong steward of client brands, budget and timelines while collaborating with internal agency teams for the best possible solutions for her client partners. In her new role, the Illinois State University graduate reports to account director, Jordyn Demar while owning the relationship with some of Fusion92’s longest-standing clients as they focus on continued growth. Kaiser is based on the Chicago area.
Project coordinator Sarah Ramsey is a recent graduate of the University of Iowa where she studied enterprise leadership, business administration and communications. During her collegiate career, she held several marketing internship positions, most notably at property and financial services company Draper & Kramer. She also dedicated time to several organizations like college publication Her Campus, Tippie Students for Service, a volunteer and service organization and the university’s Multi-Cultural Business Association. Chicago-based Ramsey facilitates projects for Fusion92 clients like H&R Block and Instant Brands. She reports to SVP of project management and agency operations, Frank Nicodem.
Recent Miami of Ohio graduate, Maggie Smerdel, joined Fusion92 as an Account Coordinator working on several high-volume accounts and playing a critical role in the success of client media campaigns. During her college career, Smerdel held several marketing roles and internships with brands like Bumble, Arity and SOAR Perfume. She also held leadership roles at Miami University’s student-run fashion publication, UP Magazine, and the Kappa Alpha Theta Headquarters as the Director of IT. Smerdel currently resides in the Chicagoland area.
