Gonzalez Joins Fusion92 as Human Resources Manager
Chicago, February 25, 2019 – Fusion92 announced today that Gizelle Gonzalez was hired as the agency’s new human resources manager effective immediately.
Gonzalez joins Fusion92 after advancing through HR roles at a wide range of companies, such as Goodwill, Harley-Davidson and Manpower Group. As human resources manager at Fusion92, her responsibilities will include managing employee relations, managing internship programs, HR compliance, talent acquisition and more. She will report to Vice President of Operations, Frank Nicodem, where they will work as the driving forces of employee experience and engagement.

Gonzalez is passionate about volunteering for causes supporting the homeless and literacy programs. She not only enjoys spending her time helping others, but she also sets aside time for herself. Gonzalez enjoys traveling and is currently gearing up for a trip to Europe in a few short months.
Gonzalez graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following that, she earned her master’s degree in Human Resources. Gonzalez is passionate about human resources because of the impact she can make and solutions to challenges she can provide. She loves being the middleman when balancing employee and management needs, all while enabling the agency to reach company objectives.
