CHICAGO, IL, SEPTEMBER 15, 2019 – Chicago-based marketing innovation company, Fusion92, has named Danenya Cochran Human Resources Manager. Cochran joins Fusion92 from Liquidus, a digital marketing solutions and technology company, where she planned, directed, and managed all Human Resources initiatives. As Fusion92’s new HR Manager, Cochran’s responsibilities will include handling personnel, policies, managing employee relations and developing internship programs. She will sit on the company’s Management Team, and report to Fusion92 President, Doug Dome.

Cochran has extensive experience in developing and implementing Human Resource best practices that align with overall business objectives, while maximizing employee potential and morale. Her strengths lie in policy design, benefits, compensation, employee relations, on-boarding, payroll, recruitment, safety and training and development. Cochran’s passion for guiding employees to maximize tools and resources will help cultivate Fusion92’s workplace success.
Prior to Liquidus, Cochran was the Operations Supervisor at Cardinal Health, an American multinational healthcare services company and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and later, a Masters in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
