Fusion92 Welcomes Six New Employees to its Growing Team

CHICAGO, IL, SEPTEMBER 30, 2021 – Chicago-based marketing innovation company, Fusion92, continues to add more power to its Creative, Strategy and Media teams with an experienced group of individuals joining in September:

Joshua Rosenauer, Media Operations Analyst

A former member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Nicole Cusack brings a diverse background to the creative team, most recently spending time with the Chicago White Sox organization. Prior to the White Sox, Cusack lent her graphic design skills to Legion Collective and her alma mater, DePaul University. Chicago-based Cusack has a strong passion for branding and packaging design with a strong attention to storytelling. She reports to SVP, Executive Creative Director, Greg Auer.

An expert in strategic brand communications and management, Julian Garcia is Fusion92’s newest strategic planner focused on brand and campaign development. Garcia reports to Director of Strategy and Insights, Ozzie Fuentes. Before joining Fusion92, Garcia served as a Marketing and Communications Specialist at Trinity Christian College where he’s also an adjunct marketing professor. Garcia earned a Master’s in Brand Strategic Communications from the University of Illinois.

Having worked on both the client side at Nike and the agency side at Doner Detroit, Senior Designer Ken Langdon brings a variety of exciting experience to Fusion92. Langdon also spent time at a number of small agencies out of Portland, Oregon, prior to his time at Doner. In his new role, he will have his hand in a wide range of website, video and brand identity projects. Like Cusack, Langdon reports to Greg Auer. A Central Michigan University graduate, Langdon currently resides in Tennessee.

Rhonda Radosavlyev brings over 30 years of experience in marketing and media to Fusion92 where she helps drive the success of media campaigns for a number of clients. Prior to Fusion92, Radosavlyev spent eight years at Simentel, most recently as a media manager. She’s also held similar positions at True Media, Adams Outdoor, Ross Advertising, Hardee's Food Systems and Hult Marketing. Radosavlyev reports to Marcella Dulac, VP, Media – Group Director, and currently resides on a cattle ranch in south Oklahoma.

Grand Valley State University alum, René Rodriguez joined Fusion92 as a Media Coordinator, assisting with campaign planning, execution and reporting for media clients. Rodriguez’s wide range of experience as a sous chef, CNC machine operator and a film production assistant brings a unique perspective to his role and team. The Michigan resident reports to Senior Account Manager, Geoff Wilson.

Bringing seven years of experience in media operations, Joshua Rosenauer is Fusion92’s newest Media Operations Analyst. In this role, Rosenauer acts as the operational liaison between the media, finance and project management departments, creating processes and tools that improve efficiencies. Before joining Fusion92, Rosenauer spent the last five years building out the operations department at agency Modus Direct. The University of Florida graduate reports to SVP of Project Management and Agency Operations, Frank Nicodem.
